Returns Policy

All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by War Choice Nutrition may be returned to War Choice Nutrition in accordance with the terms contained in the respective policy.

War Choice Nutrition gives you the option to return or replace the product within 7 days of receipt of the order in the following circumstances. Upon approval of the return, the customer will receive a refund within 3-5 business days.

• Received Incorrect Product from what is mentioned in the order.
• Received incorrect flavor from what was mentioned in the order.
• Product is damaged.

In Case of any of these issues War Choice will gladly help you resolve the matter. You may be asked to provide images and details of your transaction to the team to verify the issue. Once verified we will either replace the product, exchange, or issue a credit note. All action taken with regard to cancellation, refund, replacement and credit are completely at the discretion of the brand

In the below mentioned cases Returns & Exchanges are not possible.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support Returns & Exchanges such as those listed below

• Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns.
• For issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other, etc., products will not be applicable for return. Please consult a doctor before buying any of our products.
• Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
• Product is damaged because of use or product is not in the same condition as you received it.
• Outer delivery carton of the product is not sealed. In these circumstance please do not accept the order from the courier.
• Products with tampered or missing serial numbers and MRP label.
• Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
• Improper storage of product. (As instructed on the product label)

What do I do if the product I’ve received is not as described?

If the product after opening is not as described, we request you to call +(91) 84272 89339 / info@warchoice.com immediately for assistance. You will be requested to share images/Batch no/product details etc. If the product received is not up to our standards, you will receive a replacement, exchange or refund for the same.

This is entirely upto the discretion of the company
